We offer both options. We can construct your custom home directly on your property or build it as a modular unit at our Eastsound facility. Our off-site fabrication process protects the structure from weather during construction and spares your property from unnecessary noise and debris.
We manage the entire building and construction permit process for you. Our team is well-versed in local regulations, ensuring that all paperwork and approvals are handled professionally so you can focus on the vision for your new home.
We integrate permaculture concepts into every project to reduce wildfire risk and create life-giving environments. Our process includes chipping cleared land materials, recycling microplastics generated during fabrication, and prioritizing natural, renewable materials like Doug Fir and Western Red Cedar.
Yes. Our ecological excavation and land sculpting services include thoughtful logging, road building, and the installation of drainage systems, swales, and ponds to ensure your site is prepared with minimal environmental impact.

We build year-round in our specialized 50-foot indoor bays. However, projects booked between April and August 1st, 2026, are currently eligible for a 10% discount on total project costs.
