We had a very positive experience working with Issa and his Cascadian Homes crew on our new deck. They constructed a large one featuring a mixture of composite decking and PNW lumber and with custom butterflied polycarbonate roofs... the results are impressive. Issa was thoughtful and receptive during the design process, taking the time to incorporate our input into a cohesive plan. His team demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, particularly in sanding and staining the deck to a high standard so that the finished product really popped. We are extremely pleased every time we walk out on it and would certainly consider working with Cascadian Homes again.
We had Issa and the Cascadian team design and build a custom sauna outbuilding for our property. Issa put together a design we loved, built the sauna at his workshop, and installed it on our property, making several changes and enhancements along the way as the project evolved. Highly recommend working with Cascadian if you have a custom building project on Orcas!
Issa and his team built us a beautiful outbath building on Orcas Island. I drew up some design ideas for Issa and he added his ideas and expertise. They built it off site and delivered it to a very tight spot. They finished all the final touches on site and we love it. Everyone is very easy to communicate with and the work and materials used are all top notch. If you want a quality product Issa is your guy.
Issa and his team are very professional and creative. The deck and garage both fit comfortably with the house and the surrounding environment. I’m very satisfied with their work and plan to have them back for more projects in the future.
